Protecting your belongings.
We want to ensure that your belongings are protected while at our facility. That's why we've partnered with Bader Insurance. Policies start at just $9 per month for $2,000 worth of coverage. See the brochure. We require tenants to enroll in our insurance plan or provide proof of other insurance within 14 days of moving in.
You must provide your own lock for your unit. We recommend a disc lock like this one. Plus, using a disc lock will waive the $100 deductible should you need to file an insurance claim.
For the best protection from the elements, we recommend storing your smaller items in secure plastic storage tubs. Large items, like furniture, are best protected by placing their base on wooden blocks to prevent contact with the concrete and covering them with sturdy moving blankets.
